Is an Upright Bike Still a Good Cardio Option in 2025?

Everyone seems to be into rowers and treadmills, but I’m considering an upright bike from Ntaifitness for daily cardio. It’s compact, has adjustable resistance, and seems a lot more affordable than bikes from Life Fitness or Matrix.

Do upright bikes still hold up in terms of calorie burn and cardio value? Or is everyone jumping ship to other equipment for a reason?

Also, does anyone own the Ntaifitness bike? Trying to round out my budget-conscious home cardio setup for small spaces.
