EL VERANO

Hola a todos quería deciros que este verano cono todos los demás, me voy a Torrox costa(Málaga) todo el mes de Agosto, no vengo al centro de día pero hago rehabilitación en la piscina porque me ha dado la fisoterapeuta ejercicios para poder recueperar un poco de equilibrio y estabilidad.

Hola he leído tu comentario y me siento reflejado pues yo también carezco algo del equilibrio y te limita bastante a mi me mando el fisio ir a piscina, como a ti, y andar mucho ya hace cerca de 9 años que lo perdí y ya lo recuperé bastante pero aun no lo tengo bien y no me hace sentir como yo quisiera

Hola Laura, yo también tengo muuuchos problemas de equilibrio, estabilidad, y coordinación. Hace nueve años que intento recuperar, pero va muy lento. En lo que siempre han coincidido los médicos es que hiciera muuuucha piscina, que ayuda mucho. No les he hecho mucho caso, donde vivo no puedo acceder a una. Espero que en el mes de agosto mejores con la piscina y nos cuentas.

Yo tampoco les hago mucho porque me pasa como a ti, no tengo piscina y por eso creo que va esto un poco lento pero bueno, intentaré este mes de agosto aprovechar todo lo posible, gracias!
