si quereis una receta sabrosa probad esta pollo a la gitana : hacer una hogera  fuerte el pollo ademas de quitarle las plumas hacezle un recubrimiento de un dedo de espesor de barro y ponezlo e direztamente en la hogera a la hora el recubrimiento de barro se habra secado y empezara en su interior el cocimiento del pollo a la media hora se puede romper el improvisado horno de barro y degustar el sabroso pollo hecho en su jugo y a disfrutar , solo os falta el buen vino ( no os olvide ponerle al pollo aderezo o bien sal o tomillo o lo que queramos
